Nuts & Berries Summer Salad

4 cups mixed greens
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blackberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4 cup cinnamon pecans
1/8 cup feta chees

Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing:
1/8 cup white wine vinegar
1/4 cup raspberries
3/4 tablespoon honey
3/4 tablespoon olive oil
1/8 teaspoon salt
Dash of fresh ground pepper

Cinnamon Pecans
1/4 cup coarsely chopped pecans or almonds
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Wash and dry the berries and greens.
2. For raspberry vinaigrette dressing: Place all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
3.  For cinnamon pecans: Toss pecans in skillet over medium heat. Add sugar and stir until the sugar is melted. Sprinkle cinnamon over pecans and remove from heat. Place pecans on foil to cool.
4. Toss berries, cinnamon pecans, and feta cheese and place over the mixed salad greens.
5. Top with raspberry vinaigrette dressing.

Makes four servings.
