Nonna Randazzo’s Bakery employs up to 50 people seasonally and is opening a new 8,000 square foot baking production facility in Mandeville at the beginning of January. But mostly, it’s a family affair. “Donuts, wedding cakes, king cakes, specialty cakes and pies have all been a part of our customers’ family traditions,” says Joel, “Our daughter, Lauren, will complete the John Folse Culinary Institute in May. She is constantly bringing new and exciting ideas into the bakery.”
