Nonna Randazzo’s is known as the best bakery on the Northshore, but their variety of lunch and catering services are getting rave reviews as well. Traditional recipes that started with my father in 1965 are freshly baked with the finest ingredients to ensure our quality is what you would expect.”
Nonna Randazzo’s Bakery employs up to 50 people seasonally and is opening a new 8,000 square foot baking production facility in Mandeville at the beginning of January. But mostly, it’s a family affair. “Donuts, wedding cakes, king cakes, specialty cakes and pies have all been a part of our customers’ family traditions,” says Joel, “Our daughter, Lauren, will complete the John Folse Culinary Institute in May. She is constantly bringing new and exciting ideas into the bakery.”
