Gather and be grateful for these Thanksgiving cocktail recipes. When the turkey’s done and the game is on, it’s time to bring out the spirits! Put your feet up and get cozy with these concoctions to celebrate friends, family and all that we have.

Leave Room For Seconds

1 ½ ounces gold tequila
4 ounces apple cider
½ ounce orange liqueur
Splash of lime juice
Ground cinnamon and sugar
Apple slices and cinnamon stick for garnish

Rim glass with sugar and cinnamon. Combine tequila, apple cider, orange liqueur and lime juice in a shaker with ice. Shake well for 20 seconds. Pour into a glass and garnish with an apple slice and a cinnamon stick.

Smashing Pumpkin

2 ounces pumpkin spice vodka
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
1 ounce maple syrup
½ ounce half and half
¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
Cinnamon stick

In a cocktail shaker, combine the pumpkin spice vodka, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, half and half and vanilla extract with ice. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain cocktail into a glass and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

The Big Chill

10 large fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
1½ cups cold brew coffee
2 tablespoons cream
1½ ounces dark rum

Muddle mint leaves, lemon zest and sugar in a cocktail shaker. Fill shaker with ice, then add coffee and rum. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled glass. Add the cream and garnish with a mint leaf.

Notorious F.I.G.

2 ounces bourbon
1 tablespoon fig preserves
1/2 ounce Campari
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
2 shakes lemon bitters
Lemon slice and sprig of thyme

In a shaker filled with ice, add bourbon, Campari, fig preserves, lemon juice and bitters. Shake vigorously for 60 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme.
