On March 24th, the Northshore Humane Society will host our annual Woofstock event at the Castine Center from 8:30 a.m.-3 p.m. Clinic hours are 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. We are very excited to provide dogs on the Northshore with affordable and expert care. This annual event brings up to 3,000 people to the center each year who are eager to take advantage of the affordable and efficient veterinary care while enjoying the festivities.
The day will have fun games, raffle prizes and food trucks from local favorites. Woofstock 2019 will feature a mega-adoption event and this will be a great chance to meet many of our dogs that need forever homes and find a new family member. It is truly a fun and exciting day to spend with your kids and dogs!
The Northshore Humane Society is one of the largest no-kill rescues in Louisiana. By utilizing our expert veterinary care, you are supporting the rescue mission and care of countless homeless pets of the Northshore. It is our goal to offer all guests of Woofstock vaccinations, heartworm prevention, flea prevention, heartworm tests, and microchipping for their dogs. We hope to see you on March 24th!
