Re-Freshen Up

4 ounces vodka
1 ounce Pimm’s No. 1
2 ounces fresh lemon juice
4 ounces simple syrup
2 ounces chilled lemon-lime soda
Dash of hot sauce
Thin-sliced lemon wheels for garnish

Combine vodka, Pimm’s, lemon juice, simple syrup and hot sauce in a container and refrigerate one hour until chilled. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Stir in the lemon-lime soda and garnish with lemon wheels. 

Pink Pleasantries

2 ounces fresh ruby red grapefruit juice
1½ ounces of vodka
½ small lemon, juiced
½ ounce simple syrup
Dash of sea salt
Sprig of rosemary
Grapefruit segments for garnish

Add the grapefruit juice, vodka, lemon juice, simple syrup, and a dash of sea salt to a cocktail shaker and shake until thoroughly chilled. Pour into a glass and garnish with a sprig of rosemary and a grapefruit segment.

Summerset

1½ ounces vodka
2 ounces mixed berry juice
1 ounce pomegranate juice
¾ ounce fresh lemon juice
¾ ounce hibiscus syrup
1 ounce chilled club soda

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add the mixed berry juice, lemon juice and hibiscus syrup to an ice-filled cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain into a highball glass with ice, then stir in the club soda.

Cool As A Cucumber

2 ounces cucumber vodka
¼ cup tonic water
1 tablespoon cucumber juice
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon simple syrup
Cucumber and fresh mint leaves for garnish

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake for 20-30 seconds until chilled. Pour mixture into a tall glass filled with ice. Garnish with cucumber and mint.
