Mama’s Pink Blush | 1½ ounces vodka,
2 ounces cranberry juice,
4 ounces lemon-lime soda,
Lemon twists for garnish,
Edible pink roses. DIRECTIONS: Combine vodka, cranberry juice and lemon-lime soda in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigoroursly and strain into a glass with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and edible pink rose petals.
Mum’s The Word |
½ ounce rose syrup,
½ ounce pomegranate syrup,
1½ ounces vodka,
1 ounce cranberry juice,
Tea rose petals. DIRECTIONS: Mix rose syrup, pomegranate syrup, vodka and cranberry juice in a shaker. Fill shaker with ice cubes and shake vigorously. Strain into a tumbler glass and garnish with tea rose petals.
Sunset Mama | ½ ripe peach-seeded and diced,
¼ ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice,
½ teaspoon sugar,
5 ounces chilled prosecco sparkling wine,
Edible quince flowers. DIRECTIONS: Blend the peaches, lemon juice and sugar in a food processor until smooth. Strain the mixture through a sieve. Put two tablespoons of the puree into a glass filled with ice. Add the prosecco and stir. Garnish with quince flowers.
Mother May I |3 ounces whiskey,
2 ounces simple syrup,
1½ ounces freshly squeezed lemon juice,
1 teaspoon white wine vinegar,
Pansy and violet petals. DIRECTIONS: Add whiskey, simple syrup, lemon juice and white wine vinegar to a shaker filled with ice. Shake and pour over ice into two glasses. Top with the edible pansy and violet petals.
