BOOM BOOM POW! Our cocktails are boom boom wow! Celebrate the summer

with these patriotic pleasers that will keep you cool by the pool and add a spark to any celebration!

Citrus-Spangled Spritzer | 1 ounce lemon-lime soda, 1 ½ ounces cranberry juice, 1 ½ ounces orange juice, 1 ½ ounces vodka, Orange slice and cherry for garnish. Combine lemon-lime soda, cranberry juice, orange juice and vodka into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain mixture into a tumbler. Add slice of orange and cherry for garnish.

Miss Independent | 1 ounce grenadine, 3 ounces lemonade, 1 ounce vodka, 1 ounce blue Curaçao, Maraschino cherry for garnish. Add grenadine to a glass. Combine lemonade and vodka in shaker and shake. Slowly pour the mixture over the back of a spoon to create the white layer. Pour blue Curaçao over the back of a spoon to make the blue layer. Garnish.

Bam-Bluezzled | 1 ounce light rum, 1 ounce blue Curaçao liqueur, 2 ounces pineapple juice, 1 ounce cream of coconut, 1 cup crushed ice, 1 Maraschino cherry. Combine rum, blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, cream of coconut and 1 cup crushed ice in blender. Puree on high speed until smooth. Pour into chilled martini glass. Garnish with a Maraschino cherry.

Berry Patrotic | 3 tablespoons fresh blueberries, 2 strawberries-sliced, 8-10 fresh mint leaves, 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice, 1 teaspoon granulated sugar, 1 ½ ounces white rum, Club soda. Muddle the blueberries, strawberries, mint, lime juice and sugar in the bottom of a rocks glass. Add the rum and stir. Fill the glass with ice, then top with club soda and stir. Add in additional berries and mint leaves.
