Groove Is In The Heart

2 ounces light rum1 ½ ounces lime juice fresh squeezed
1 ounce raspberry syrup
½ cup fresh raspberries
Raspberries for garnish
Fresh mint sprig for garnish

Add light rum, fresh lime juice, raspberry syrup and fresh raspberries to blender. Add 2 cups of ice to blender and blend until smooth. Pour into tumbler and garnish with raspberries and a sprig of mint.

 

Can’t Help Falling In Love

Baker’s dipping chocolate
1 ounce strawberry infused vodka
1 ounce white creme de cacao
½ cup strawberries, fresh or frozen
1 scoop of vanilla ice cream
Fresh strawberries for garnish

Dip the rim of a martini glass into the melted chocolate and let drip down the sides. Add vodka, creme de cacao, strawberries and vanilla ice cream to a blender with 1/2 cup ice and blend until smooth. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with a strawberry.

 

Don’t Go Breaking My Heart

1½ ounces gin
1 ounce fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 ounce pomegranate juice
½ ounce simple syrup
Pomegranate seed for garnish

Combine gin, lemon juice, pomegranate juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake for about 30 seconds. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass and garnish with pomegranate seeds.

 

Crazy Little Thing Called Love

2 ounces Lillet Blanc
4 ounces tonic
3 slices cucumber
1 strawberry, sliced
Fresh mint sprig for garnish

Slice cucumber thinly, lengthwise and cut strawberries in half. Fill glass with ice cubes. Pour Lillet Blanc and tonic over ice. Stir well. Add in cucumber, strawberry and mint sprig for garnish.
