KISS THE BLARNEY stone and find your four leaf clover. Lucky leprechauns will leap with joy as they sip these special St. Paddy’s Day libations. Enjoy our favorite cocktail recipes as you march into spring and celebrate with these fresh and fabulous drinks!

Green With Envy 1 ½ ounces silver tequila 1 ½ ounces melon liqueur 1 ounce triple sec Splash of orange juice Lime wedge Add the tequila, melon liqueur, triple sec and splash of orange juice to a cocktail shaker. Shake well and strain into a high-ball glass filled with ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Luck O’ The Ginger 2 ounces bourbon 1 tablespoon fresh-squeezed lemon juice ½ teaspoon granulated sugar 1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger 1 rosemary sprig Ice cubes Pour bourbon, lemon juice, ginger and sugar into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into a chilled old-fashioned glass. Add a rosemary sprig and serve.

Luscious Limerick 1 ½ ounces pear flavored vodka ½ ounce elderflower liqueur ½ ounce lemon juice ½ ounce simple syrup Lemonade or club soda to taste Mint leaves Combine vodka, elderflower liqueur, lemon juice and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and pour into a rocks glass. Top with lemonade or club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaf.

Shamrock Kisses 1 ounce Irish whiskey ¼ ounce green crème de menthe 2 ounces cream Grated dark chocolate Ice cubes Add the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice cubes and shake well. Strain into an tall glass. Garnish with the grated dark chocolate.
