St. Patrick’s Day Cocktails

KEEP IT FRESH and fizzy, warm and wonderful, or make it healthy and happy-go-lucky! These Irish-inspired cocktails will help you celebrate the beginning of spring and make your guests green with envy.

Gaelic Spring Sipper


1 lime, quartered with seeds remove
1½ tablespoons raw sugar
2 ounces of cachaça Brazilian liqueur
Lime slices for garnish
Mint leaf for garnish

Muddle the lime quarters with the raw sugar in a tumbler to gently crush and squeeze out the lime juice. Add the cachaça to lime juice and stir well. Add crushed ice to the glass and stir. Garnish with a lime slice and mint leaf.

Tinker Bell Spell

1 ounce Irish whiskey
1 ounce Irish cream
1 ounce butterscotch schnapps
2½ ounces coffee, freshly brewed
Caramel syrup 

Warm a glass mug by filling it with hot water. and let sit for a few minutes. Then pour out the water. Add Irish whiskey, Irish cream and butterscotch schnapps into the warm mug. Fill with coffee and stir. Stir in a drizzle of caramel syrup.

Green-Eyed Lady

1 ounce kale juice
1½ ounces white rum
â…“ ounce cucumber juice
1 ounce ginger beer
¼ ounce simple syrup

Add kale juice, white rum, cucumber juice, ginger beer, simple syrup and lime juice to a blender filled with one cup of ice. Blend on medium speed for 30-45 seconds. Pour into tumbler and garnish with a kale leaf. 

Faerie Fizzer

1½ ounces tequila
1 tablespoon agave nectar
½ ounce lemon juice
½ kiwi fruit
Club soda
Fresh mint & blueberry for garnish

In a shaker, combine tequila, agave nectar and lemon juice. Muddle in kiwi and mint. Shake vigorously, then top with club soda to taste. Garnish with blueberry, kiwi and mint.
