Ms. Rudd concentrates her practice in the areas of Family Law, Mediation and Wills and Successions. She is capable of handling a variety of family law issues including, divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, community property partitions, grandparents’ rights, prenuptial agreements and intra-family adoptions. She is also trained to handle a relatively new approach to divorce that focuses on resolution and avoids litigation, known as Collaborative Divorce.
