- April Fools In The Rain 4 ounces lemon juice 4 tablespoons honey ó cup warm water 2 ounces vodka 10 raspberries Mint sprigs Add honey and warm water to cocktail shaker and stir until honey is fully dissolved. Muddle raspberries in honey water. Add lemon juice, vodka and ice cubes. Shake vigorously and pour through a strainer into a glass with ice.
- Pineapple Spring Fever 1 ó ounces pineapple juice 2 ounces gin 1 ounce fresh lime ó ounce simple syrup Mint leaf Add all ingredients to the cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, then strain into a tall glass. Garnish with lime, mint leaf and pineapple section.
- Ginger Rose Tatoo 1 3/4 ounces vodka 3/4ounce lime juice ó ounce rose syrup 4 slices pickled ginger 1/2 barspoon green wasabi Muddle the ginger and wasabi in a mixing glass. Add the other ingredients and ice. Pour into a shaker and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Lavender Twist and Shout 1 ó ounces gin . ounce fresh lemon juice ó ounce lavender syrup 3 ounces club soda 1 lemon wedge for garnish Squeeze the juice of half a lemon into a collins glass, add lavender syrup and gin. Stir and fill with ice. Top with club soda and garnish with a lemon wedge.
