Ginger Jam 2 thin fresh ginger slices 1 teaspoon apricot jam ¼ ounce fresh lemon juice 2 ounces Irish whiskey ½ ounce orange liqueur 1 lemon twist Muddle the ginger with the jam and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, whiskey and orange liqueor and shake well. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with a lemon twist.
Pumpkin Pie In The Sky Sangria 1 bottle white wine, chilled 3 cups mango-peach juice blend, chilled 1 cup pumpkin spice liqueur, chilled Turbinado raw sugar Cinnamon sticks Combine the wine, mango-peach juice and the chilled pumpkin spice liqueur into a pitcher. Stir and pour into Turbinado sugar-rimmed glasses. Garnish with cinnamon sticks.
Russian Into Fall 1 ounce pumpkin spice coffee liqueur 2 ounces vodka 1 ounce heavy cream 1 Rosemary sprig Caramel sauce Combine pumpkin-spice coffee liqueur, vodka, and cream into glass over ice. Stir lightly. Lightly drizzle caramel sauce over drink. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
