Clayton House Marketplace opened their 35,000 square foot building for the local public to use as a marketplace for buying and selling new and gently used items. They offer two options for sellers, straight consignment of goods with no upfront cost or a dedicated booth rental space for a monthly fee. Even with all the great options available for buyers and sellers online, we still believe in a strong market for local goods. For used and one of a kind items, you can’t replace a hands-on approach to buying and selling. “Our goal is to offer a clean, friendly option for buyers and sellers to exchange goods without having to invite or meet in strangers homes.
